What you will do

• Test backend services (REST API, gRPC, SQL) and run integration tests with the web interface, analyze results, and identify issues.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and migrate existing systems to new technologies.
• Define testing strategies and metrics, and document test cases for internal and external testers.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics using Firebase and Grafana, automate routine tasks with Jira Automation and Google Gemini.
• Collaborate with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of QA experience, mainly backend testing, and 1+ year in test automation
• Experience with JUnit, Kotlin, TestOps or similar API testing tools.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, gRPC, and database CRUD operations.
• Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, Kibana or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and backend service log analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a team and use TMS, Jira, Slack, Git/GitHub.
