What you will do

  • Build pipeline from leads and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Master hirify.global’s product and articulate its value to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management and departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify product flaws during the sales process to inform improvements.
  • Mentor new Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Extensive closing experience in software or SaaS.
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling.
  • Ability to liaise with clients effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payments space or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce providers.
  • Experience selling to technical roles.
