Sales Development Representative (SDR)

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Responsible for building qualified pipeline for the sales organization with an accent on tailored messaging that resonates with customer interests and business problems. Focus on generating meetings using a multi-channel approach and managing activities across thousands of accounts.

Location: This role is based in Vancouver and is hybrid preferred (3 days/week in-office).

Salary: $108,000 - $121,500 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Become an expert in how hirify.global helps customers.
• Identify and engage prospective customers with tailored messaging.
• Generate meetings using a multi-channel approach.
• Coordinate meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage and organize activities and tasks across thousands of accounts.
• Staff conferences and industry events to acquire leads.

Requirements

• Aptitude for delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage many activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to industry events once a quarter.
• Proactive from lead to close.
• This role is based in Vancouver and is hybrid preferred (3 days/week in-office).

Nice to have

• Have a technical background e.g. STEM degree or coding bootcamp.
• Have experience using Outreach, Gong, or Salesforce.
