What you will do

• Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Design and develop new operational and product-related workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and track execution through the full development lifecycle.
• Prepare and conduct demos of new solutions or enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in the fintech sector, preferably in an international banking environment.
• Proven expertise in building complex, efficient business processes and systems.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
• Experience with operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and compliance is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
