What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and optimize ClickHouse clusters in production environments.
• Operate and maintain Kafka, OpenSearch, and other distributed systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications and stateful workloads on Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows to streamline infrastructure and application deployments through automation and version control.
• Design and operate comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to enable proactive issue detection and fast resolution.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization across distributed systems to enhance resilience and meet SLA targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing distributed systems in production.
• Strong expertise with ClickHouse, including cluster operations, data modeling, MergeTree engines, query optimization, and replication strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including StatefulSets, persistent volumes, networking, and security configurations.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka and OpenSearch (or similar analytics platforms).
• Experience implementing GitOps practices and using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Helm.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana, including metrics collection and alerting.
