What you will do

Lead the onboarding process for new merchants in East Africa.
Resolve issues with APMs raised by merchants.
Facilitate communication between APMs, Integration, and Product Teams.
Perform quality control and monitor payment success rates.
Support API integrations for successful onboarding.
Analyze transactions and user feedback to improve product health.

Requirements

Fair understanding of SOAP and REST API design.
Experience working in Scrum and/or Agile environments.
Good understanding of payment integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
