What you will do
- Design and operationalize service tracking and improvement processes.
- Maintain a unified Service Catalog and oversee payment and SaaS platforms.
- Drive ITIL-based operational excellence and manage incident, problem, and change processes.
- Implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for documentation and service checks.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT service or operations management.
- Hands-on experience with payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, Mastercard, Visa).
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 and strong documentation skills.
- Practical IAM knowledge including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Experience using LLMs for documentation and reporting.
