What you will do

• Lead efforts to design, maintain, and evolve BI platforms and proprietary databases, making insights accessible and actionable for teams across the company.
• Build reports for regulators, customers, marketing, and internal stakeholders, aligning data outputs with business needs.
• Transform raw data into strategic intelligence, guiding critical business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to set the standards for how analytics are delivered.
• Build scalable, efficient BI workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, report automation, governance, and optimization).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, BI, database development, ETL, and/or SQL scripting in building reports for regulatory, customer-facing, and marketing.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to abstract business logic into clear data models and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence.
• Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams in a dynamic environment.
• English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and big data.
• Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Streamlit, or consulting experience.
