What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across PS workflows.
• Build and iterate on AI-powered internal tools and workflows using hirify.global, Python, SQL, and relevant APIs.
• Drive roadmap planning and execution, from prototyping to production-scale adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align use cases and implementation strategy.
• Lead workshops and onboarding sessions to drive adoption of tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical program, product, or solutions engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with data and AI tooling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ideally hirify.global notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
