What you will do

• Develop and execute engineering strategies enabling rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize key growth metrics.
• Architect and build scalable systems that support growth initiatives like onboarding flows and personalization engines.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation for accurate experiment tracking and measurement.
• Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement and reduce churn.
• Ensure technical excellence through best practices in performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoRm, or Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly).
• Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g., Pirate Metrics, viral loops).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have
