What you will do

• Engage with prospective customers to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design high-level solution architectures and present them to business and IT stakeholders.
• Deliver tailored demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partners to stay up-to-date with product roadmap and licensing models.
• Define detailed functional and technical designs, including integration approaches (EDI, APIs, Power Platform, Azure).
• Guide project teams to ensure adherence to Microsoft standards and project objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role.
• Proven pre-sales experience: demos, solution proposals, customer workshops.
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, logistics, and production processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, cost-efficient architectures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Manufacturing or Retail sectors.
• Exposure to migrations from SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERPs to D365.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder.
• Knowledge of regional/localization requirements.
