What you will do

• Conduct complex data research in marketing analytics within international mobile game publishing, uncovering correlations and insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and design strategies to scale marketing channels using precise analytics.
• Drive a Data-Driven decision-making culture within UA, Creatives, and ASO teams by implementing statistical practices and standards that improve decision quality and speed.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data, ensuring analytical findings are translated into actionable business strategies.
• Automate predicting and analytical reporting to streamline the work of marketing teams.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, product, predictive, or data analytics, including at least 1 year in marketing analytics within mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of conducting research and solving complex business-data problems.
• Strong product-oriented and user-friendly approach when working with business teams: ability to communicate with stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate them into data tasks.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and Data Science approaches.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python at an above-average level.
• Hands-on experience applying or developing forecasts, DS/ML models in business cases.
• Experience with Git and Airflow.
• Previous professional experience in the game development industry.
