TL;DR

Engineering Manager (AI): Leading the Fulfillment Experience team transforming the customer experience by building a modern Customer Service tech stack that integrates AI-enabled tooling with hirify.global's existing software. Focus on scaling solutions for Customer Service teams and hirify.global’s customers by translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

  • Take a lead role in developing the technical roadmap for transforming the customer service tech stack.
  • Build, lead, and mentor teams of software engineers to execute projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring products are robust and adhere to engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to influence systems and roadmaps.
  • Build a healthy, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure goals and objectives are measurable and re-negotiate success metrics with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • A passion for building and growing high-performing teams, prior management experience, and a desire to be an impactful leader.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics for applications and systems.
  • Experience integrating with customer service software and tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Full-stack web development experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS setting with a focus on enterprise-level scaling; knowledge of modern server-side and client-side frameworks is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the AI ecosystem and experience introducing AI tools into enterprise-facing products.
