What you will do

• Design the product experience by creating journey maps, wireframes, and task flows.
• Partner with Product Managers to uncover user needs through engagement and research.
• Mix user, business, and technology needs to design conceptual models and simplify complex systems.
• Build prototypes to communicate ideas and concepts, as well as for user testing.
• Conduct user studies and research, collecting and analyzing data to validate hypotheses.
• Share findings and work outputs with peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UX research, service design, or related field.
• Empathetic and able to connect with and understand user needs.
• Inquisitive and eager to learn, discover, and pioneer.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments while prioritizing valuable experiences.
• A portfolio showcasing your work and contributions toward multiple shipped products.
• Exhibit proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working on SaaS-based initiatives and/or companies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and make connections easily.
• Ability to navigate and succeed in an undefined problem space.
• Experience implementing Design Thinking methods, user research principles, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience reading and writing SQL and cloud database platforms.
