What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.5
- Build and maintain microservices supporting core loan processing features
- Integrate with internal and third-party REST APIs, including AI tools for lead scoring and enrichment
- Implement data validation, normalization, and enrichment processes
- Ensure service reliability and observability through logging, metrics, and tracing
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and data engineering teams on backend architecture and system integration
- Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Java Developer
- Proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as Firestore
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ message brokers
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration best practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in Agile environment
