What you will do

• Seamlessly integrate hirify.global platform with customer systems, focusing on the back-end.
• Ensure the product keeps growing and stays best-in-class, contributing to cross-tribe alignment.
• Learn new technologies and best practices.
• Work as part of the project team with colleagues from multiple cultures.
• Coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training on the platform.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar/related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Microservices, integration patterns and frameworks (Apache Camel, Spring Integration).
• Expert knowledge of enterprise software architectures and web technologies.
