• Work collaboratively to document and deliver quality development efforts.
• Automate operational tasks and maintain existing operational tool set.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Provide third-level support and troubleshooting assistance.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an enterprise environment with 24x7x365 uptime.
• Experience with monitoring and event management technologies.
• Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
