What you will do

  • Develop and execute engagement plans with hyperscalers and system integrators.
  • Drive co-selling and joint solution development initiatives.
  • Own and exceed regional channel revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner strategies.
  • Lead strategic account planning sessions with partners.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential opportunities through the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the observability space.
  • Experience with companies like AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EMEA partner ecosystems.
  • Track record of building partner programs.
