What you will do
- Develop and execute engagement plans with hyperscalers and system integrators.
- Drive co-selling and joint solution development initiatives.
- Own and exceed regional channel revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner strategies.
- Lead strategic account planning sessions with partners.
- Identify and nurture high-potential opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the observability space.
- Experience with companies like AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with EMEA partner ecosystems.
- Track record of building partner programs.
