What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach.
  • Present and sell products and services via product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential partners to align hirify.global's solutions to their goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills as a true hunter.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Fluent in Arabic is preferred.

Hiring process

  • Screen Call: Video-call with a member from the Talent Team (30m).
  • Skills & Experience: Video/In-person interview with Hiring Manager (45m).
  • Presentation: In-person interview with Hiring Team (75m).
