Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $127K - $203K

What you will do

Define and own the onboarding product strategy for hirify.global’s segments.
Champion client-centric design and continuous improvement.
Scale identity verification solutions balancing compliance and user experience.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Lead vendor strategy for ID verification.
Leverage data to drive measurable improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience.
Deep knowledge of KYC/AML and crypto regulations.
Experience leading vendor evaluations and integrations.
Advanced data fluency and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for Bitcoin and crypto.
