What you will do

• Drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration.
• Ensure technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights.
• Maintain security, compliance, and reliability of technology platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik), ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar), and API development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada/US for any employer

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, data lakehouse).
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
• Professional certifications in cloud/data platforms or integration (e.g., Azure Architect, MuleSoft Integration Architect).
• Experience in industries with complex manufacturing and field-service data streams.
