What you will do
- Provide first-line support to clients via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist Japanese-speaking clients with onboarding, technical issues, and platform navigation.
- Manage and verify KYC documentation and ensure smooth onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Localize and translate content into Japanese and deliver market-specific support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English – both written and spoken – mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in financial services.
- Understanding of financial instruments (FX, Futures, Crypto, Stocks) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on public holidays.
