What you will do

  • Provide first-line support to clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist Japanese-speaking clients with onboarding, technical issues, and platform navigation.
  • Manage and verify KYC documentation and ensure smooth onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Localize and translate content into Japanese and deliver market-specific support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English – both written and spoken – mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in financial services.
  • Understanding of financial instruments (FX, Futures, Crypto, Stocks) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on public holidays.
