• Define the roadmap for performance profiling and optimization across the exchange platform.
• Lead a world-class team in the architecture and design of technology platform modules.
• Drive implementation of performance-critical services and pipelines.
• Manage performance and latency metrics and observability.
• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in large scale commercial software development.
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience with high volume low latency platforms.
• Expert in software development lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead globally distributed teams.
