What you will do

• Lead and mentor an engineering team, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
• Design, develop, and maintain core systems using React and Golang.
• Own the architecture and delivery of major product modules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers for high-quality releases.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Keep the team updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in front-end (TypeScript) and back-end (Golang preferred) development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern build tools.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
