What you will do

• Oversee and ensure the quality of VFX work delivered by the team.
• Provide craft direction and hands-on support throughout the VFX process.
• Mentor and develop the skills of VFX artists.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on vision and priorities.
• Manage and improve team rituals for high-quality craft delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the video games industry as VFX.
• 2+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Advanced skills in 3D/2D software such as Maya and Photoshop.
• Experience creating high-quality, stylized real-time VFX.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
