Product Owner (Autosar)

TL;DR

Product Owner (Autosar): Responsible for defining vision and direction for AUTOSAR embedded projects, specifically Active Safety, User Experience, and Connected Compute, with an accent on creating and maintaining a product backlog according to business value. Focus on interfacing with customers and triaging issues reported by stakeholders.

What you will do

• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting the successful completion of Sprint Goals.
• Triage issues reported from Internal/External stakeholders.
• Interface with customers.

Requirements

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with work experience of 9-15 years.
• Working Experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway.
• Good communication skills and ability to challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations.
• Hands-on experience in Autosar Architecture and workflows.
• Exposure to Requirements Management tools, Design tools (like EA), and Configuration management tools (like GIT).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum SW development processes and 32-bit microcontrollers.

Nice to have

• Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process.
