What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy a scalable search ranking algorithm.
• Collaborate with data scientists to define and extract relevant features.
• Implement machine learning models for search ranking.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Conduct A/B testing for performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ML engineer or Data Scientist.
• Experience in search ranking or recommendation systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of information retrieval and ranking algorithms.
