TL;DR

Junior Account Executive (E-commerce): Mastering prospecting and understanding hirify.global’s products and customers with an accent on sales basics and product knowledge. Location: Hybrid work in Amsterdam, with up to 1 month "work from anywhere"

What you will do

  • Learn the basics of sales and product knowledge, understanding hirify.global’s software and its value to customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and spark interest in hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and understand sales cycles.
  • Track and optimize approaches to deliver measurable results using CRM tools.
  • Transition to an Account Executive role, managing your own sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Thrive on making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.
  • Resilient and persistent with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and excited to engage with potential clients.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
