What you will do
- Learn the basics of sales and product knowledge, understanding hirify.global’s software and its value to customers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and spark interest in hirify.global.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and understand sales cycles.
- Track and optimize approaches to deliver measurable results using CRM tools.
- Transition to an Account Executive role, managing your own sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing deals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Thrive on making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.
- Resilient and persistent with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and excited to engage with potential clients.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
