What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global’ Trust & Safety strategy across all surfaces.
• Establish and enforce community guidelines and moderation frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to develop scalable tools for content moderation.
• Monitor platform behavior to proactively identify emerging risks.
• Act as the central liaison for safety escalations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote user education and community well-being.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related roles.
• Proven experience creating and implementing scalable trust & safety operations.
• Strong understanding of UGC moderation and risk detection systems.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
