What you will do

• Conduct manual penetration testing to identify security vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Utilize penetration testing tools like Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, Owasp Zap, and Metasploit Framework.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using manual approaches and VAPT tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance web application security.
• Configure and manage web application and infrastructure firewalls.
• Ensure compliance with SOC standards and stay updated with security threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT security.
• Proven experience in infrastructure security, manual penetration testing, and web application security.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25 vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDS/IPS tools.
• Familiarity with wireless/Wi-Fi security protocols.
• Knowledge of network and system security protocols.
• Experience with WAF like Cloudflare, Imperva, etc.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP.
