TL;DR
Technical Product Manager, Platform (Fintech): Enabling ’s hyper-scaling growth by understanding the needs of Product Engineering and clients, guiding the Platform tribes teams to deliver on the overarching platform vision. Focus on embedding security, resilience, and scalability by design in the platform, and owning the Platform delivery, roadmap & strategy.
Location: Work from any of our hubs in Berlin, London or Tallinn hybrid or remotely across Europe.

What you will do
- Enable and empower ’s hyper-scaling growth alongside its clients.
- Own the Platform delivery, roadmap & strategy.
- Embed security, resilience, and scalability by design in the platform.
- Fully own product success with your team.
- Collaborate closely with your engineering counterparts to deliver client value in a decoupled and dynamic manner.
- Combining impactful work with a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years experience working in Technical Product Management roles - ideally with focus on regulated cloud infrastructure and engineering experience.
- Experience in financial services/investing, B2B SaaS or FinTech is a big plus.
- Understanding of and a focus on client needs and how to delight them.
- Absorb knowledge on complicated topics quickly (e.g. Investment Infrastructure, Localised regulatory requirements, etc) and combine with your expertise on product management best practices.
- Experience with product manager’s toolkits - such as product discovery, ticketing and documentation software (e.g., Linear, Slite, Miro, Figma etc.).
