What you will do

  • Guide quota assignments using financial forecasts.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analyses of key metrics.
  • Ensure data and reporting support for compensation payouts.
  • Develop variable compensation structures.
  • Lead audits on compensation attainment and process compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
  • Deep knowledge in compensation design and sales analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
