- Ensure data and reporting support for compensation payouts.
- Develop variable compensation structures.
- Lead audits on compensation attainment and process compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
- Deep knowledge in compensation design and sales analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
