What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor for program implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership for program alignment.
• Lead Implementation teams for dealer onboarding success.
• Act as the primary escalation point for program challenges.
• Communicate program updates to senior leadership.
• Design advanced governance frameworks for program efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years managing complex, large-scale programs.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior leadership.
• Strong technical acumen for bridging teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
