The Account Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers.

What you will do

  • Manage account and customer relationships to drive sales and software license/cloud subscription revenue.
  • Achieve or exceed quota targets for annual revenue.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with customer strategic objectives to develop best practice account plans for revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Develop relationships in new and existing customers to drive complex strategy through global organizations.
  • Establish strong management and CXO relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements.
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed quota targets.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to develop relationships in new and existing customers.
  • Experience with territory and account leadership.
