What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical discussions covering Conversational AI and project infrastructure.
• Manage project scope and deliverables to ensure targeted outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to derive functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables such as schedules and budgets.
• Present project results and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management or customer-facing roles.
• Professional PM certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.).
• Experience with contact center technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to customer sites.
