Salary: $155,800 - $214,200

What you will do

• Evolve the creative direction for hirify.global’s brand identity across all properties.
• Lead and mentor a team of in-house designers while managing external contractors and creative vendors.
• Develop and manage workflows for creative project intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital ads, social assets, PowerPoint decks, videos, event materials, and more.
• Develop and execute compelling visual content that communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in creative services, agency management, or brand design—preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.
• Profound expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional abilities in graphic, web, and multimedia.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, video, and presentation formats.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, or data-driven technology sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
• Experience developing and scaling brand systems across global organizations.
