What you will do

• Serve as product counsel, partnering across engineering, product, and security teams.
• Provide actionable legal guidance on regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters.
• Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance, including FDA and FTC.
• Support privacy impact assessments and data governance efforts.
• Monitor emerging regulations around AI and healthcare technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years in product counseling.
• Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare laws.
• Experience with FDA, FTC, and data privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
