What you will do

• Lead the definition and development of safety cases and performance metrics for the robotaxi.
• Perform hazard and system analysis using methodologies like STPA.
• Model performance impacts and develop methodologies for system readiness.
• Communicate complex concepts and insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and metrics for safety.

Requirements

• M.S. or higher in Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering or System Safety.
• Experience with hazard analysis methods like STPA or FTA.
• Proficiency in probability, statistics, and Python.
• Strong understanding of complex software systems, preferably in robotics.
