• Build the hirify.global Training framework for all ML teams.
• Develop the Off-vehicle inference service for foundational models.
• Lead the design and operation of a robust ML platform.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and software engineers.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ML infrastructure experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed GPU model training.
• Familiarity with training frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience with GPU-accelerated inference frameworks.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS.
