What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software that drives hirify.global’s complex logistics operations.
• Take ownership of the architecture and implementation of major features, modules, and entire products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Develop and maintain APIs, and integrate third-party services where necessary.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development experience using Java or Golang (preferably Golang).
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
