Location: Remote within the 50 United States

Salary: $22.90 - $38.50 hourly (equivalent to $3,664 - $6,160 monthly) depending on location within the US

What you will do

  • Position yourself as a Real Estate industry expert and conduct software product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale.
  • Identify prospective customers and establish relationships to secure contracts that exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics.
  • Utilize the sales technology stack, including Zoom for virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to self-manage daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month.
  • A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar, and in person.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in market, up to 10% of the time.
  • Experience with a variety of sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and Highspot.
