What you will do

• Develop and support data platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Mentor junior data engineers.
• Explore new tools and techniques to enhance data platform capabilities.
• Set up and optimize data pipelines.
• Run on-call operational responsibilities for data platform systems.

Requirements

• Experience in software development with Python, Java, C++, etc.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with data infrastructure systems like Databricks, Spark, Hive, Airflow, Kafka, and Flink.
• Familiarity with Data Governance & Compliance (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, SOX, etc.) is a plus.
