What you will do

• Provide senior technical support throughout the implementation of supply chain solutions software packages.
• Design client-specific enhancements at a senior level.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
• Update and maintain the project issues list, including prioritizing the issues.
• Work with customers to test and implement interfaces between products or external systems.
• Work directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation.

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience working in a client or customer-facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL).
• 3 years of experience deploying software.
• 3 years of consulting experience in the transportation field.
