What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed your annual quota.
  • Execute a complex sales process from prospecting to contracting.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions.
  • Promote the mission of hirify.global with authenticity and empathy.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with rigor and discipline.
  • Collaborate across the organization, including with marketing and partner success.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing 6-figure deals.
  • Experience navigating complex selling situations with large institutions.
  • Strong desire to contribute to shaping a best-in-class sales organization.
  • Dedication to advancing the quality and accessibility of education.
