Track and optimize key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pass-through, acceptance rate)
Maintain all data accurately in PeopleForce (ATS) and related systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding
✅ What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS / tech
Strong outbound sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
Experience recruiting across functions & seniority levels
Proven track record of international hiring (Europe, LATAM, CIS)
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics & funnel optimization
English — Upper-Intermediate+
Soft Skills & Competencies
Ownership mindset, high accountability, bias for action
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Highly organized, able to juggle 5–7 roles at once
Clear and proactive communication
Cultural curiosity and adaptability across markets
