What you will do

• Analyze large volumes of data for customer-related risks and create risk notification and alert packages.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to provide analysis reports and details, supporting their requests for further information.
• Triage alerts for customers to give real time intelligence and act as a customer advocate internally.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, acting as a liaison between them and upper management.
• Support team productivity and outputs during assigned shifts, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, updating upper management on team progress.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and experience working in a team environment, being responsible for certain aspects of service delivery.
• Ability to lead a team and be a point of contact as a subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of the cyber threat environment and how data sources enable cyber operations.
• Superior research and analysis skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple way.
• Solid interpersonal and social skills, and comfort working with a quickly growing team.
• Must be willing to work alternative work schedule including partial weekends.
