TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Specialist (EdTech): Onboarding new customers to successfully publish their first courses and engaging them to help the Customer Success team with renewals and expansions. Focus on optimizing the onboarding process and advocating for customer needs internally, managing a small customer portfolio.

Location: Foreshaw, Cape Town. Must work 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home. Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 07:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. (local time)

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers to publish their first courses.
  • Engage and activate customers to help the Customer Success team with renewals and expansions.
  • Host onboarding sessions, training, and webinars.
  • Monitor customer health scores with Customer Success Managers.
  • Optimize and develop the onboarding process.
  • Advocate for customers internally and manage a small portfolio of customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • 0-1 years of relevant working experience.
  • Natural ability to teach.
  • Excellent listening and organizational skills.
