TL;DR
Animation Programmer (Unreal Engine/C++): Designing and prototyping animation systems for a combat-oriented survival MMO with an accent on animation frameworks, physics integration, and simulation optimization. Focus on improving animation workflows, coordinating with artists and programmers, and optimizing cloth, hair, fur, and mechanical simulations.
Location: On-site at the studio in Wroclaw, Poland. Relocation support is available for foreigners.

is an indie game developer creating PC games, including the survival MMO Last Oasis using Unreal Engine 4.
What you will do
- Design and prototype animation system features for a combat-oriented game.
- Research and develop workflow optimizations and improvements to existing systems.
- Coordinate with animators and programmers to improve animation quality, realism, and underlying systems.
- Develop animation frameworks interfacing with physics and human or monster characters.
- Identify and optimize inefficiencies in cloth, hair, fur, and mechanical simulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of animation programming experience.
- Strong C++ programming experience.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
- Understanding of animation asset pipelines and tools.
- Experience with profiling tools.
- Fluent English and availability to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
