What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages.
• Scope packages and solutions by leading discovery to understand the customer’s data sources, formats, owners, and quality constraints.
• Set clear, reasonable timelines with customers and hold internal collaborators accountable to milestones.
• Track work against quoted hours and proactively identify out-of-scope requests.
• Proactively surface risks and drive mitigation plans and timely escalations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of project or program management in B2B software, professional services, or other implementations.
• Customer-obsessed with high ownership, anticipating needs and removing blockers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills, keeping scope, timelines, and artifacts tight and current.
• Proven experience managing data‑centric projects with external customers and partners.
