• Deliver customer support through live chat, email, and social media.
• Take ownership of customer issues, providing solutions.
• Monitor and report technical incidents to the engineering team.
• Improve service standards and act on customer feedback.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate issues.
• Utilize Jira to describe and assign tasks to the technical team.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Customer service background with live chat experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with platforms like Jira and Zendesk.
• Drive to grow within hirify.global and help build team culture.
